NewsThe Edmonton Oilers have agreed to a one-year contract with Curtis Hamilton.
ImpactHamilton had eight goals and 16 points in 43 AHL contests in 2013-14. He was originally selected with the 48th overall pick in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.

NewsCurtis Hamilton injured his knee during practice and will undergo surgery Tuesday.
ImpactHamilton was the Oilers' second-round pick in 2010 and was playing with Edmonton's AHL affiliate in Oklahoma City at the time of the injury. Next season is the final season of his entry-level deal and it remains to be seen if the Oilers will sign him to another contract.
