ImpactCampbell was serving as Dallas' number two goaltender while Kari Lehtonen recovered from a lower-body injury. Campbell ended up making his NHL debut and allowed six goals on 47 shots in a 6-3 defeat.

NewsSeldom-used goalie Jack Campbell had a tough night in Anaheim Sunday, facing 47 shots from the Anaheim Ducks.
ImpactCampbell allowed goals six of those 47 shots as he and the Dallas Stars suffered a 6-3 loss. The Ducks trailed 3-1 after the first period in this one but completely dominated in the final two periods en route to their seventh win in a row.

ImpactCampbell was selected 11th overall in the 2010 Draft and was 14-10-3 with Texas. His GAA was 2.59 with a .906 save percentage. He just turned 21 so he may not be ready but he will get a chance to relieve Kari Lehtonen, especially in the second game of back-to-backs. He is worth stashing in keeper leagues as he is the Stars goalie of the future.
