Brenden Dillon ranks fourth among rookies with 21:10 minutes per game.
"I think Dillon is a real physical specimen, so those minutes don't bother him," Stars coach Glen Gulutzan said. "He has the body, he has the big frame, but he also can skate. He doesn't get trapped in his own end and have to take the abuse, because he can skate himself out of some of the problem areas. He's efficient, and he doesn't burn energy when he doesn't have to." Dillon averaged 17:17 minutes in seven January contests, but his responsibilities have increased as the season's progressed. He doesn't excel offensively, but he is an asset in leagues that use some less traditional categories. Dillon has 117 hits and 63 blocked shots in 42 contests.

Dillon has been a pleasant surprise for the Stars this season as the blueliner has three goals and six points with 67 hits (12th in the NHL) and 30 blocked shots (74th overall). He also contributes in plus/minus at plus-four and has 40 shots on goal. You could do far worse, especially if hits and blocked shots count in your pool.
