Assets:	Has good offensive instincts and very good size (6-2, 204 pounds) for the NHL game. Is also a versatile forward who can line up on either side of center.
Flaws:	Must continue to improve his play in the defensive zone in order to maximize his potential at the highest level. Also needs to play a more aggressive game.
Career Potential:	Skilled winger with some upside.

Tomas Vincour has signed a contract with Ak Bars Kazan of Russia's Kontinental Hockey League, according to Stars beat writer Mark Stepneski.
