It doesn't seem all that likely, though, as he just returned to practice Wednesday and is still undergoing physical therapy. He stayed in Toronto on Thursday to receive massage therapy that has helped his hip in the past. "He's had it done before and it seemed to help," Carlyle said. "We'll have to see how it works out."

He has missed the past six games with what is believed to be a groin or hip injury. The Leafs probably won't feel the need to rush him because several players who started the year with the Toronto Marlies in the AHL have fit in very nicely on the back end so far.
