Winger Ryan Hamilton is happy to have been a part of Toronto's impressive win over the Bruins on Saturday.
The 28-year-old AHL veteran picked up an assist in his NHL playoff debut and did exactly what the coaching staff had hoped for when they inserted him into the lineup. For his part, Hamilton understands his role with the club. "It feels good to be part of the battle and help the team any way you can," Hamilton said. "You've got to focus on what you've got to do, focus on the details, play the system. Stay in the moment." Given the uphill battle the team faces and his limited role, Hamilton's not worth a selection in playoff pools.
