ImpactAccording to TSN's Bob McKenzie, the contract is worth $2.9 million per season. Engelland is a big, tough player who can play forward or defense. He recorded 12 points and 58 penalty minutes in 56 games last season.

ImpactThe Penguins defenseman landed a shoulder to the chin of the Red Wings forward, who left with assistance immediately after taking the hit.
