ImpactEhrhoff has just two goals on the season, but both are game-winners. The defenseman was the Penguins best skater against the Senators on Saturday, and he led the team with seven shots. Sidney Crosby found him wide open on the opposite side of the ice late in the third period. Ehrhoff wound up and released a slap shot that beat Craig Anderson high and on the glove side. Pittsburgh won, 3-2.

ImpactEhrhoff inked a one-year deal worth $4 million. The 31-year-old Ehrhoff has averaged eight goals and 29 assists (37 points) per 82 games in his career. While the Penguins' top power-play unit has consisted of Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Chris Kunitz, James Neal and Kris Letang the past few seasons, they just traded Neal and may go with Ehrhoff in his place in 2014-15.
