ImpactHis contract in 2014-15 will pay him $750,750 at the NHL level on a one-year, two-way deal, according to Capgeek.com. Hackett's season ended in April when he suffered a knee injury, which required surgery to repair. He'll play in the AHL next year.

ImpactOr shall we say rough third period? The Wild dominated the third period with a 14-5 shot advantage, but it was Hackett -- in his first start of the season -- who ultimately cost them the game, giving up three goals. Altogether, he made 28 saves.
