Andrei Loktionov will be a healthy scratch Thursday when the Devils play in Philadelphia.
"It's coach's decision,"Loktionov said. "We have to change something in the offensive zone because we didn't win the game. We have to do something because it's can't be 11 games in a row. If it works, it's nice. If not, we'll see." He hasn't posted a point in seven straight contests.
