NewsJan Mursak has excelled in the Calder Cup finals.
ImpactMursak has two goals and four points to help lead the AHL Grand Rapids Griffins to a 3-0 series lead. Overall, Mursak has 16 points in 20 playoff contests. The Griffins will try to secure the AHL championship Friday night.

ImpactMurzak was injured during his first shift in the first game of the regular season. He finished the period but then was taken out of the game when the results of the x-ray returned. The grinder is still on the injured reserve list but he will need to be activated before he is eligible to play. He is a fourth liner so his fantasy value is negligible at best.

NewsJan Mursak suffered a collarbone injury Saturday and could be out for weeks.
ImpactMursak will see doctors on Monday as he was in a sling Sunday. He was injured on his first shift when knocked into the boards. "I finished the period but when they got the results of the X-ray, they said I couldn't play," said Mursak. "It's not fun but I'm trying to stay positive." Look for Mursak to be put on the injured reserve list.
