ImpactTSN reports that the Maple Leafs are offering Fraser $855,000 per year while the restricted free agent has requested $2 million per season. The two sides are scheduled to go before an arbitrator this Tuesday in Toronto. To date, 18 of the 21 arbitration-eligible players in the NHL have settled with their teams prior to an actual hearing.
