Assets:	Owns a great wrist shot, which he uses with aplomb. Has explosive scoring ability and a nose for the net. Loves to dangle and make nifty plays. Has a strong lower base, so he's hard to knock off the puck.
Flaws:	Doesn't always put out maximum effort and seems to lack focus at times. Has issues in the defensive zone, since he often makes high-risk passes. Leaves himself vulnerable to big hits, which can lead to injuries.
Career Potential:	Inconsistent, yet highly skilled winger.

According to RDS, Andrei Kostitsyn will get a look from the Florida Panthers at training camp.

Impact

The Panthers will also have Marek Svatos and Alexei Kovalev at camp, according to multiple reports. Kostitsyn played 72 games between Montreal and Nashville last season and he registered 36 points. He became an unrestricted free agent in the summer and signed a one-year deal with Traktor Chelyabinsk of the KHL, where he has produced 12 goals and 20 points in 37 games this year.
