|Assets:||Is a supreme playmaker with enough quickness and shiftiness to play any role at the highest level. Good on face-offs, he likes to shoot the puck too. Oozes hockey sense, both with and without the puck. Produces in the clutch. Can play any forward position.|
|Flaws:||Can be knocked off the puck due to size constraints and isn't much of a physical presence on the ice. Gets to where he needs to be, but isn't a great skater. Is prone to the occasional scoring slumps. Consistent production can at times elude him, too.|
|Career Potential:||Versatile scorer with two-way acumen.|

ImpactPavelski had 12 points in the first seven games, but only has seven points in the last 24 games. He is a talented top six forward but this cold slump is unheard of for Pavelski. He is now being demoted to the third line in hopes that this balances the offense a bit, plus Pavelski is a terrific two way player. If you have a deep league, stick it out but if the waiver wire is deep in your league he's a big drop candidate with league's playoffs coming up.
