Jarret Stoll has not resumed skating since suffering an upper-body injury in Game 1 against San Jose, but he has been doing some off-ice workouts.
"He rode yesterday, rode the bike for a few minutes, and you've got to watch heart rate," coach Darryl Sutter said Thursday. "Then he'll do that again today. It is that protocol. So is that progress? It is if it's good today. He's out at the practice rink this morning. [Reporter: But he's not skating?] No. He's not skating." TSN's Darren Dreger has reported that Stoll suffered head and shoulder injuries after being hit by Raffi Torres.

Torres' appeared to make contact with Stoll's head late the second period and Stoll wasn't available for the third period. Kings coach Darryl Sutter was asked about Stoll's status after the game. He responded with, "You know what? I didn't play Jarret in the third period, and he wasn't resting, so that pretty well tells you, doesn't it?" The obvious fear from the outside looking in is that Stoll is dealing with concussion-like symptoms, but that hasn't been confirmed.

The National Hockey League will not review the hit from behind that Jarret Stoll leveled on Cam Fowler.
Fowler was forced to leave the game in the second period Saturday and no penalty was called. Stoll has no fantasy value at this point of the season with only one goal and no penalty minutes in seven games.
